Thank you note

Im leaving Singapore tomorrow.

In case Im too busy tomorrow moving the last bit of bulky stuffs out, sending courier, handling over the house keys etc. Here is my be-early thank you note to those who helped me with the logistics.

1) Moving: Lionel & Andy... with the 3 lorry trips & weight lifting of all my stuff.

Many a times I wish I still have my koonkaine(van), however I must say your help plus your lorry were indeed much more efficient! Thanks, I really dont know what to do without your help. The weather hasnt been good and I know as Im typing, you guys are braving the rain unloading the stuff at Bukit Timah. Sorry to put you through these. Thanks again...

2) Storage: Kiyo san.. Oops when you reach home tonight you will see my boxes along side your wsf equipment, but I wont be around to say bye to you personally. Thanks for generously giving up your storeroom space for my 12 boxes. Dont bother checking them, there are no bombs, just some mementos Ive collect over the years. You can however make good use to the 3 boxes of kitchen ware, maybe you will end up a pasta chef in a windy resort some day. And then you can wsf all you want in the day!

3) Packing: Hay & Godbro... I know both of you were very busy at work during this period. And yet somehow you squeezed that bit of time to help me. Although you both helped me at different times, and you dont know each other, both of you were as naggy as each other!

When packing through the kitchen, Godbro kept nagging at me for using too much newspaper to wrap the fragile stuff properly. Yes Im very lousy at packing... but you are a bit too naggy right? hehehe...
When stuffing the clothes into the luggage bag, Hay nagged at me for wanting to bring everything to Paris and cruelly eliminated some of them. How I wish I can move all my possessions with me. Im glad someone woke me up from my idealistic thoughts. Im still figuring out how to negotiate a 12 kg excess with SIA.

4) Courier: Siew Min... Thanks for helping to arrange that 25 kg courier. Im so touched that you called me from Shanghai to tell me that you will come and pick up my stuff personally once you touch down tomorrow.
You even insisted to pay for the delivery as a farewell gift. I cant let you do that, Im more than happy to know that you can help me get the special rate under your name. Thanks, because of the courier, I can finally bring my blades & harness there.

5) Last minute moving & delivery : Julie & Sock
Thanks for coming on the last day in the morning, you must be shocked at the amount of things I had yet to send off. I cant say how glad you both came and managed to help me me absorb some left over stuff and deliver the package to SM in Hougang. I almost have to spend the entire last day running errands if not for you both.

6) and lastly, to those who managed to fit into my schedule to fill my tummy with good food , good company before I leave.
Im already missing you all...
GROS BISOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
