Gals Power!

YAY! We did it this morning- the presentation of the smart car case study. Got a good grade from Prof Hans & most importantly, our classmates all thought we were the best amongst the other groups of "consultants" who presented today. Im so proud of my gals. We all did our best & also dressed to kill :P

We were the only all gals group & very much multinational too... Jinny from Korea, Erna & Vanessa from France & Allison from USA.

To perfect our presentation yesterday, we started working from 430pm after our last class of the day without dinner all the way till midnight. Actually, at 0018, we were still working in the train station while trying to catch the last train back to Paris.

We were so cold, hungry & tired. The temperature was 0 deg at least in the station.

Almost burst into tears when I realised that the train was delayed & by time I reach paris, it would be 1 am and I would have missed the last metro to take me home. I really wanted to get home as we needed to be back in school again by 830am. Meaning I had only 4 hrs to sleep! There was only 1 solution: to take a cab from Arc de Triomphe knowing that it may be difficult to hail a cab there too...

I never felt so awful & pathetic before. Erna bought a pack of biscuits from the vending machine to cheer me up, but I couldnt accept it. I never liked biscuits, if I were to take it at that moment it would make me feel even more pathetic.

These were photos from our meeting on sunday at Erna's new apartment. Erna was a great host, we had pasta, fruits & yogurt during the meeting. It really made working on a sunday a pleasure. So glad to have a great team. Gals Power!!
