One memorable night

Had a conference at Maison ESSEC with the HRD of a recently successful fashion house. The presenter had also successfully made us felt that she was forced to give a talk to us! Wanted to work for this brand as I liked the style of the brand but it seemed like she wasnt keen on us. What a pity! How can it be that they have a very dynamic CEO and an energetic team full of beautiful people but the only one person whom Ive met was a tired & grumpy lady??!

On the way home, Nond and I visited the 800 strings of light on 324 m tall "La Tour Eiffel". The view of it from Trocadero was "magnifique et merveilleuse!" Every time I see it, I tell myself that someday I will ascend the tower, however the day never seem to come. Perhaps, Im just enjoying the notion of cultivating a dream.

Recall that I mentioned on CNY eve that there was an English Bar near my home with many cute men? Finally went to check it out. It was full of young executives, as happening as I've imagined, furthermore it served big portions of bar food and nice drinks.

We had girly drinks. The most yummy one was mine: Demi-peche on the right.

Then we adjourned to our favourite chinese restaurant Xinxin. The boss gave us a round of beer on the house since Ive brought 20 new customers to him so far. I took a Qing dao & for my Thai friends, the Singha.

What better way to end the evening than flambe fried bananas and a scoop of vanilla ice-cream!
