At St-Germain-des-Pres (district known for antique shops in the little streets), I visited a quaint little jewellery gallery where free-lance jewellers display their works.
This is a "peace" pendant with a heart holding on to 3 religious symbols by a designer, Ann Gerard.
She has also designed many other beautiful (not as cute as the above, but more artistic) pieces.
The lady in the gallery asked if I wanted to see any pieces in particular. In fact, I was treating the visit like a visit to a museum. To me, beautiful pieces of art are not to be owned, they are meant to be shared with the public by displaying on gorgeous shelves.
It was an enjoyable visit.
