Valentine's day

Here's some heart shaped pavlovas from a patisserie in Byron Bay. Looked delicious but I didnt get it as I was sure it would have melted if I had brought it home. Its been so hot lately...

Our first valentine's day as newly weds had been simple and productive. Went to the library, washed his plane and our car, repaired and serviced our bicycles and had some red wine, cheese and hot bread for dinner.

Of coz, we exchanged gifts... to me the best gift is an experience together. When he has time to redeem his, I will definitely blog about it. And for me, I chose my own gift as he was too busy. A pair of shiva shell (cat-eye) dangling earrings.
