Two less friends in Australia, but happy for them

Hosting friends is a learning experience, after the bad experience of having "muddy" tasting fish and chips on the wharf with Betty, we are bringing all our future visitors to Christos at tipperary waters instead. Since the take-away price is half of having the meal in the restaurant, and our place is only a short 2 minutes drive away, the meal shall be consumed at yours truly's balcony as illustrated below.

Before Sed-arnie left for Paris/London, we hosted them in Darwin for 4 nights. They wanted to do a final farewell tour of Australia.

Sedara being one of the first friends Ive made in Sydney, made me realised that I have already been in Australia for 2 years and 9 months. That makes Australia the overseas country I have stayed in for the longest time!

There are 2 kinds of french people we met here, those who love Australia so much that they would settle here gladly if they could, and those who just could not wait to go back to where they came from. Sedara is the latter, since the first day Ive known her, she has been looking forward to moving back home. I can imagine her feeling like a fish in the water @ Rue Mouffetard now!
