Beren served a Cypriot desert made from special pastries lugged from her home visit to Cyprus. Sandwiched in between was ricotta cheese mixed with nuts and cinnamon. And the pastry was drenched in rose water. Who would have imagined such a combination. It is nice to be exposed to different cultures in Darwin!
