Married for 3 years

10-10-2013 is our 3rd year anniversary. With Et changing job, farewell parties, being sent on overnight jobs, his 33 birthday and even having to celebrate a dog's birthday, the last week was packed with so much buzz that we decided to make it easier without gifts this year.

Fortunately he was not rostered to overnight this day and managed to come home by 530pm. Seriously I cant imagine how much more a company can squeeze out of a person who puts in at least 11 hours of work each day. Today 11-10-2013 is his last day of work and we can't be happier.

Our anniversary celebration took place right after a sunset stroll on little mindil beach, in a lovely restaurant called cove. The restaurant is next to a lagoon themed gigantic swimming pool and we were the first customers when we arrived at 650pm. Had the restaurant to ourselves for a good 40mins before customers started strolling in. Very much appreciated the privacy and attentive service.

The cove specializes in seafood hence I chose a half lobster platter while et ordered barramundi. My dish was humongous, consisting of mussels, tempura barra, calamari, soft shell crab, prawn risotto and a half lobster. Everything was delicious and I took a such long time to finish my dish that Et had to watch me eat.

That's the lovely thing of having a soul mate, sometimes we have to wait for each other but all the time, we are in it together (good and bad!). To many more good days and happy moments together! Ive never been able to say enough how lucky Im to have found you, to me you are the best hubby in the whole wide world.
