Killed

So its true after all that the alumnis said that we will be living in hell in Oct & Nov during this program. Im so glad I survived the presentation on Monday & the accounting final exam yesterday.

In fact Im totally killed by them. This morning slept in till 9am!!

For the presentation, on Saturday our team worked at Stephanie's house which was 200 m from Moulin Rouge. I was so tired as I slept only 3-4 hrs the night before to finish up my part. And at the same time, I wanted to bring hay somewhere- so that at least he got to see some part of Paris!

Since Steph's place was 2 stations from Montmarte. I took the chance to bring him there before going to my meeting.
The view from Sacred Coeur was great. And the weather was awesome. We had a salted crepe under the sun :)

By the time I got home from the project meeting it was 10pm, I was so drained out that I couldnt care about t Le Bleus fighting with All Blacks nor the once a year Nuit Blanche along the 14th Metro line.

I missed an eventful night, but nothing beats catching up on sleep. Was totally concussed by 11pm.

Poor hay was so bored that he started making a collage of our photos taken in the day. I woke up at 6 am to work and saw it, realised the photos were about the Mairie opposite my place and Montmarte. A HUGE sense of guilt overcame me... I need to bring him to see more places!! What if all he thinks of Paris is the Montmarte, La Defense & the Les Sablons! Im such a lousy host. Btw we saw this cute 2 seater vehicle at Opera:

Sunday was his last day and he needed to catch a flight back in the afternoon. I woke up at 6am to work and by noon, we left for to the Effiel Tower and Centre Pompidou... Time was too tight to visit Louvre n Notre Dame. But at least we completed 2 out of 4 destinations.
