Visited the boutiques of the 2 brands which I will be having interviews with tomorrow.
We braved the rain as the weather was bad.
Raining cats & dogs!
Imagine stepping into the world's most luxurious boutique on Rue Saint Honore with a wet bonnet & boots and then,
pretend you are interested to buy their signature watch pieces/ leather bags.
Certainly made role playing challenging!
Was glad I was not alone.
Also, not alone giving up a nice place back home.
Not alone worrying about not finding a job by August.
nor screwing up our first interviews...
So theres at least 2 of us in some kind of "deep shit"
This brings me to "the sense of community"
Ive enough of individual working,
being independent & resourceful is admirable
but if working accounts for the major part of your life,
you really dont want to work alone
The very least one can do is to make a difference to another's life.
