Today a gentleman came to share with us on his company's brand communication strategy.
Much to be said about the successes and failures of this family business but I wont talk about it here.

Well-cut glass (crystal) is attractive as it gives people hope, light and joy.

I remembered giving Fifi crystals when she was in the hospital,
hoping that will help her to get well.
The sales person sold me the tale that white crystals strengthen life.
I fully believed it and even convinced my friends who wished Fifi well.

Now I realised, it was all a wishful thinking.
I just wanted to give her something so that I think I was helping her.
it was actually about making myself feel better!
In fact, when it comes to life and death,
there is hardly anything anyone can do to help.

Someone said we should all be given a JOKER card.
With the card, we can have 1 last chance.
If I have that card today, I would have given it away so that
I wont feel so helpless :(
