3 days later, the monsterous green skin loosen and popped off revealing the flesh.
I sliced the flesh off and it was deliciousa!! Tasted of a mix of fruits; banana, pineapple, custard apple, strawberry and durian. Like having 5 fruits at the same time.... no wonder the nickname "fruit salad". Love it!

Julie, it is called Monstera Deliciousa. Fruit salad is the nickname. You must have thought I was kidding, the name is for real! It is a delicious monster haha. It does resemble custard apple but long! I found another strange fruit again today, will take pic for you.
