Moving to Ballina and then to Darwin, juggling with traveling at least twice a month, so much so that Ive totally forgotten that we were even considering holding a real proper wedding when we have time!
So what do we do on this day? I goggled and found that we were supposed to give each other a present made of paper. But as very simple, down to earth people living in Darwin... with no desire to add material stuff to our lives...we simply went to the finest restaurant in town- Pee wees.
Et still managed to surprise me with a bouquet of 10 dark pink roses.
At Peewees I made the reservation under Mary Arrigault... I think I saw Et smiled... I should make it a point to use his surname more often.
The indoor dinning area was gorgeous but I requested for a table by the sea
The view was so breathtaking that Et was literally speechless!
And when the night falls, the ambiance became more romantic with the rising full moon and fire torches.
It is indeed a restaurant for a special occasion. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
